The Working Conditions Act aims to promote the safety, health and well-being of employees. In the design process, the guidelines are always followed.

Sufficient (day) light is needed to work healthily and safely, at workplaces and connecting roads. These are sufficient if safety is guaranteed and the signs of safety and health are sufficiently visible. There are also criteria for temperature, ventilation and noise and there are guidelines for the number of available square meters per person, furniture and work equipment.
