In the 12 stairwells of the WTC office complex at Schiphol, Mirato replaced all floors in 2022. In this project, high planning requirements were set. Indeed, it was not possible to close the stairwells for a long time. That is why, in cooperation with the client, a clear and tight work plan and a logistical route have been agreed. The activities involved dismantling existing coverings, then leveling the subfloors of all steps and landings and then installing a new rubber floor finish (Norament Satura in tiles and preformed staircases).
